Registered Nurse RN Supervisor:

32 hours/week 3rd shift 11p-7a $5k Sign-On/Retention Bonus Responsibilities of Registered Nurse RN Supervisor include: Overseeing and providing assistance to certified nursing assistants Providing clinical assessments and maintaining regular contact with physicians in relation to residents of a skilled nursing facility Working with the resident, family, and doctor to determine the service plan that will best serve the needs of the resident. Updating the aides with regards to the new resident, and preparing a shift by shift list of care that the aides will perform. Ensuring that the staffing is adequate to serve the needs of the residents Communicating with the resident, family, and MD on an ongoing basis as needs and plans change Administering medications and treatments to residents on a daily basis Requirements of a

RN Candidate:

Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions (out of state transfer is easy and inexpensive, don’t worry!) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in nursing or home care CPR Certification (re-certification offered on site) Kindness/Compassion Willingness to work as a team player Benefits of a
