Resturant Manager Dunkin’ 760 Main Street, Winsted, CT 06098 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in fine dining and casual dining settings. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to train and develop staff effectively. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and development to enhance team performance. Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Collaborate with chefs to create menus that align with culinary trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest experiences. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management within the food industry. Strong knowledge of fine dining standards as well as casual dining practices. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Experience in staff training and development, particularly in culinary techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and suppliers. A passion for culinary arts and an understanding of current food trends.
