As a Barista Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your role will involve not only crafting delicious coffee drinks but also ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and various beverage recipes is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and making change. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and sales.
