We’re looking for a skilled Lead Breakfast Cook with Management Experience to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and Brunch menu items efficiently Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food prep, and cleanliness Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in managing kitchen team performance Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
Requirements:
