You will work with our Chef de Cuisine daily and play an integral role in the overall function of the restaurant kitchen.

Main responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen work areas including storerooms and walk-ins
• Maintaining all BOH equipment in proper order such as dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor
• receiving/checking deliveries and stocking and rotating products
• Assisting in any other duties set forth or requested by the Chef de Cuisine as needed Candidates should have prior experience in a high volume, fine dining setting and must have a food handler’s license. Great work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness required. Must be a team player. Starting rate $20/hour based on experience , plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
