We’re looking for entry-level leaders who arepassionate and ready to collaborate, lead, and give their bestevery day! In this role, your responsibilities will consist of bothcoordinating and troubleshooting daily activities of our customerservice employees, as well as taking part in store managementduties and projects. Through these responsibilities you will gain adeep understanding of our values, business measures and operations,experiencing everything from daytime to nighttime hours, oftenacting as a liaison between different areas of the store. You willbe responsible for leading and developing a team of customerservice focused team members, ensuring they have the tools andresources to be successful at their jobs.   • Independentlymanage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, actingas key leader and liaison among teams and various departmentsthroughout the store; responsible for closing and/or opening thestore, as part of a varied schedule that changes on a weekly basis
  • Partner with department management to prioritize and delegatetasks and ensure the Front End/customer checkout operations runsefficiently, monitoring the business and customer trafficthroughout the store, managing the right number of open checkoutlanes and running register when necessary to reduce customer waittime
  • Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees,providing resources, training, feedback, and developmentopportunities
  • Provide Incredible Customer Service to customersand employees alike, acting as a champion throughout the store forour values and standards
  • Quickly react to situations that arise,partnering with store leadership to problem solve operationalchallenges
  • Participate in and/or lead special projects andassignments across the store with the goal of bringing employeestogether and enhancing the Company culture Required Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a food service,grocery or retail setting
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handleinterruptions in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skillsPreferred Qualifications
