Position Overview In this role, you’ll create a welcoming experience for guests by delivering outstanding service with a focus on our foodservice offerings. You’ll ensure food items are fresh, fully stocked, and presented to perfection, while maintaining top-notch cleanliness and food safety standards. Your friendly attitude and ability to suggestively sell and sample products will delight customers and help drive sales. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain delicious foodservice items, ensuring high standards for quality, stock, and presentation. Provide personalized service by greeting guests, assisting with purchases, and promoting foodservice items. Suggestively sell and sample items to increase sales while introducing customers to new offerings. Maintain a clean and safe foodservice area by following food safety standards and performing light maintenance. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, foodservice programs, and operational goals. Participate in company training programs and assist in training teammates. Support foodservice inventory audits to ensure product availability and accuracy.
