- Back of House (BOH) Team Member The Back of House (BOH) Team Member is responsible for the preparation of food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, receiving and properly storing shipments, and assisting the kitchen team in achieving overall culinary excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepare food items efficiently and according to standardized prep book recipes a Operate and maintain Food Prep equipment, such as larger deli slicers, food processors, knives, and ovens, etc in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and rotation of food products. Conduct dishwashing duties to ensure proper sanitation of all items used Assist the BOH Team in closing/opening the BOH within our time parameters Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage of food products. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving food and supplies, and conducting regular inventory counts Perform other duties as assigned by the BOH leaders
