Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. Train, motivate and support the culinary team and FOH team members. Ensure that recipes and food are executed with high level of skill and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of restaurant kitchen management experience Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of food cost management Experience using Toast POS Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
