- This shift is Wednesday thru Sunday
- 4AM•NOON, working our outdoor Primitive Pits 1000 gallon pit.
Responsibilities Include:
Trimming Brisket, Pork Butts, Pork Ribs Seasoning and Prep of all meats Running the Pit, and smoking all meats, and some sides General station and Pit Cleaning.
