- Junk Removal & Hauling is looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to lead day-to-day operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Oversee operations, scheduling, and team management Provide excellent customer service Drive truck & trailer and run crew Use tech tools for scheduling & communication Maintain an organized and safe work environment

Requirements:
Valid Florida Driver’s License CDL preferred but not required Clean driving record Able to drive truck and trailer Heavy lifting required Tech-savvy & organized Strong leadership & customer service skills
