Are you passionate about serving up delicious frozen treats and creating sweet memories? If so, we want you to join our team! We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to be a part of our friendly and fun frozen custard shop. We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supplement our team. Shift Leaders oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team in a fast-paced and fun environment. Job Type:

25-35 hours per week (day, evening and weekend availability a must) Position Purpose and Objectives Ensures that all guests receive immediate attention, take their orders and serves their food and beverages promptly and courteously. Ensures that guests are not ignored at any time throughout their experience. Through teamwork, assists other members of department in achieving departmental standards and goals, while providing an enjoyable experience to every guest. Additionally, responsible for the supervision of staff to ensure food safety, cleanliness and service standards are achieved to ensure an enjoyable customer experience and the successful operation of the business.
