The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Cafe Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our cafe runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage the cafe team to deliver exceptional service to customers. Train and mentor new staff members in cafe procedures, customer service, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment in compliance with health regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement effective strategies to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. Skills Experience in team management within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with barista practices is a plus. Background in quick service fast food restaurant operations is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen management practices to ensure efficient workflow. Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Expirence taking inventory and placing orders Strong hospitality management skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to train staff effectively in both operational tasks and customer service excellence. Proficient in inventory control methods to maintain stock levels efficiently.
