Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with seating for dine-in service Answer phone calls for reservations, takeout orders, and guest questions Take accurate phone orders and ensure all takeout orders are packed correctly Keep the host stand, packing station, and restrooms clean and organized Help maintain smooth front-of-house operations Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team Create a positive experience for all guests
Qualifications:
Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment Dependable and detail-oriented Experience with OpenTable and Toast POS is a plus
