Responsibilities include training, directing and working with the fountain staff, as well as cash handling and cleanliness. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet our standards for taste, texture, and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes to create various memorable dishes for our guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fountain area, adhering to food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with inventory control as needed. Collaborate with team members to develop new flavors and product offerings. Lead in training new staff members on ice cream fountain work including scooping and plate presentation, as well as safety and sanitation expectations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking feedback on products. Qualifications Experience in hospitality management or the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen management practices, including inventory control and food safety regulations. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of ice cream preparation or casual dining operations is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
