Our starting positions include Cashier and Line/Prep Cook training programs, which lead into supervisor and manager training programs. Line Cook Responsibilities Deliver the highest standard of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness . Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Work together as a team to get high-quality food out in a timely manner. Answer, report, and follow QC/Manager instructions. Clean up station and complete all side work. Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards . Follow all company policies and standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Cashier Responsibilities Provide guest-oriented service with engaging, warm interactions. Effectively ring up orders on the register accurately and in a timely manner. Walk guests through the order efficiently while presenting the full menu of choices. Identify and assess customer needs and adapt service style to achieve guest satisfaction. Understand the four purposes of upselling and meet personal/team target sales goals. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards . Provide pricing information, answer questions, and deal with difficult guests in a warm and friendly manner.
