Morning BOH Staff Member Responsibilities Deliver the highest standard of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness . Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Work together as a team to get high-quality food out in a timely manner. Answer, report, and follow QC/Manager instructions. Clean up station and complete all side work. Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards . Follow all company policies and standards.
