What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations Hire, train, and manage staff with a focus on growth and performance Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction Implement and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations Create schedules and ensure labor cost efficiency Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and strategic planning Resolve guest and staff issues calmly and professionally Collaborate with ownership on business goals and improvements
