The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and food service. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and manage staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. Oversee kitchen management, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control. Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experiences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing payments efficiently. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers alike. Knowledge of kitchen management practices including food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
