Papa John’s Shift Leaders assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work various shifts per week, including weekends and holidays, Must be able to work in our fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You must be able to lead a team of 8 up to 15 or more during a shift to ensure customers are well taken care of. Must be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team.
Responsibilities:
Management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Must be able to work long hours, which is likely to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting results. Cash management skills. High School diploma or GED.
Starting Pay:
$13 an hour
