Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Train new employees on food handling procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Monitor food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and company standards. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to promote a safe working environment. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting. Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that enhance sales performance. Skills Proven experience in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling best practices. Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong math skills for managing inventory and understanding retail math concepts.
