Dietary Supervisor Salary:

Up to $20 per hour As a Dietary Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will oversee all aspects of food production in our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You’ll be responsible for training and leading your staff, as well as addressing the daily nutritional needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director in ensuring all Department of Health regulations are followed in meal preparation and service. Prepare menus and schedule staff efficiently. Supervise dining services personnel, enforcing policies and procedures to provide timely, high-quality food service. Direct Dietary Aides during meal services and ensure proper cleanup. Complete all required forms and reports accurately and promptly. Requirements Must have experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care Facility, or other related medical Facility. Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc. Must be knowledgeable of food services practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing food services functions in nursing care facilities. Must be have cooking experience.
