Full Job Description Qualifications:

4+ years of food & beverage leadership experience, ideally in luxury or pre-opening environments Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers preferred Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, bar operations, and financials (COGS, inventory, P&L) Strong communicator with a proven track record in training and team development

Responsibilities:

Lead all beverage operations across bars, restaurants, and events Build and maintain wine lists, bar menus, and inventory systems Collaborate with purchasing, events, and culinary to create elevated guest experiences Conduct tastings, training, and performance evaluations for sommeliers and bartenders Manage beverage financials and vendor partnerships, ensuring profitability and compliance
