Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring adherence to company policies. Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Drive sales management initiatives by implementing effective strategies to meet sales goals. Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance. Manage inventory levels by overseeing stock replenishment, conducting regular audits, and ensuring product availability. Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies that boost sales. Skills Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail or service environment. Strong skills in budgeting and financial management. Experience with sales management techniques and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team interaction. Knowledge of inventory management practices is preferred. Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff members effectively.
