Shift Manager responsibilities include delegating tasks to restaurant staff, addressing customer comments/concerns as well as upholding exceptional food and safety guidelines. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a stellar dining experience for our guests and spread the island vibes around. Responsibilities Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance. Track daily labor costs, food costs and sales. Balance the cash register at the end of the shift Ensure customer satisfaction and properly handle any complaints.
