The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the culinary and hospitality industries. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service, and fostering a positive work environment for all staff. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the restaurant or food service establishment, ensuring efficiency and quality. Supervise and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Utilize POS systems to manage orders, track inventory, and facilitate smooth service. Collaborate with management to develop menus and optimize operational workflows. Provide leadership by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Experience Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on restaurant management or hospitality management. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant operations is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
