system for managing transactions, tracking sales, and analyzing performance metrics. Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and improve overall service delivery. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Coordinate catering services and special events to ensure seamless execution. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or a related field. Strong understanding of inventory control practices and procedures. Familiarity with square POS point-of-sale systems is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in training development to support staff growth and performance improvement. Knowledge of the food industry standards, including banquet operations within hotel settings is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
