Lead Server / Manager Brooksville Country Club Brooksville, FL 34601 Job Overview We are a new company, with a lot of growth opportunity. Duties Work with the Chef with Events, menu. Lead and manage the serving staff during meal service, ensuring efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Coordinate banquet and catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown. Train new servers on menu offerings, food handling procedures, and customer service standards. Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with the kitchen staff. Provide attentive service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Monitor dining room activities to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all patrons. Handle cash transactions and assist with inventory management as needed. Ordering liquor, helping keep the restaurant fully stocked Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience with banquet and catering services is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
