Responsibilities:

• Help with daily shift operations of the establishment, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with owners to coordinate operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Skills:

• Previous experience in the food production or hospitality industry is required.
• Knowledge of smoothie/food preparation techniques and familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong leadership and team skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of food industry, catering or restaurant experience highly desired.
