Position Overview:

The FOH Manager is a key leader responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations. This includes managing daily service, training and supporting staff, and ensuring that every guest receives outstanding hospitality. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where service and atmosphere matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire FOH team members to deliver exceptional guest service Oversee daily operations including host, bar, and server performance Schedule, train, and manage staff to maintain a positive and professional work environment Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues with grace and urgency Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all FOH areas Manage POS systems, tip reporting, and other administrative duties

Requirements:

3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience A passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to lead calmly under pressure and maintain a positive team culture Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale casual dining is a plus
