Summary As a Multi-unit Area Director at ACG BBQ, you will oversee the operations of 7 locations, ensuring that each restaurant delivers exceptional food and service. This role is vital to our mission of providing an amazing guest experience whther dining in or taking out, as well as driving sales and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure quality standards are met. Drive sales growth through effective management of staff and resources. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to achieve budgetary goals. Lead and develop restaurant managers to foster a high-performing team culture. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborate with the executive team on business development strategies and expansion plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all locations. Qualifications Proven experience in multi-unit management within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial reporting.
