The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading a team of staff members. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in food service. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with bartending duties as needed, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality standards. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and service quality. Experience Proven experience in shift management within the food service or hospitality industry. Strong background in staff training and development. Familiarity with casual dining environments is preferred. Experience in culinary roles or cooking is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices. Bartending experience is beneficial but not required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
