Team Leader – Restaurant Staff Hungry Howie’s Pizza & Chubbie’s Wieners Leesburg, FL 34748 Overview We are seeking fun, people loving, dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Managers & Associates to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our brand’s processes. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, food safety, quality, and teamwork. We currently have 2 brands (Hungry Howies and Chubbies Weiners) As a manager or associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that service runs smoothly while having a great time! We pay weekly and have flexible schedules! Managers are offered a generous monthly bonus program! Associate Duties Operate cooking equipment safely. Must have cash-handling skills including counting change back. Monitor food inventory levels . Maintain a clean work environment . Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and great service times. Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working & dining environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Assist in training new associates. Must maintain a positive attitude and be a team player. (Chubbies Employees) Must be able to work outside at the food truck or hot dog cart. Manager Requirements All associate duties listed above. High school diploma or equivalent; food safety training or Servsafe Certification is a plus. Previous management experience in a GM or Assistant Mgr. role is preferred. Strong operations aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work flexible hours, including covering shifts as needed.
