Volt is immediately hiring for Lead, Customer Service Rep-1stshift in Fort Myers, Florida 33966-1139 As a Lead, Customer ServiceRep , you will: Directly organize and supervise day-to-dayoperations and activities of a customer service team in order toachieve key performance goals Support the building and developingof an effective and high-performance team Maintain daily and weeklystatistics for individual direct reports Analyze department resultsTroubleshoot operational problems Complete team reports as requiredIdentify and analyze escalated problems and provides guidance todirect reports for resolution Serve as point of escalation fortransactions requiring advanced expertise or discernment in orderto resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up andcustomer satisfaction This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The idealcandidate will have: 4 years of experience in a customer servicerole troubleshooting and handling complex transactions with 1-yearteam lead experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,& Outlook) Experience in a call center environment BilingualEnglish/Spanish Ability to thrive under pressure while deliveringsolutions that exceed customer expectations Thank you!
