REQUIREMENTS
of this position would include but not be limited to: Requires one year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field Requires high school diploma or GED Prefer prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff
RESPONSIBILITIES
of this position would include but not be limited to: Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals Communicating effectively with residents and staff Adhering to company policies , procedures and safety guidelines This position is typically in a kitchen environment, exposure to heat, hot water, sharp objects and cleaning chemicals will occur.
