Qualifications Mid-level Cleaning Full Job Description Summary:

Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests. Ensures that excellent service is provided in both a la carte outlets and banquet department. Supervise and coordinate activities for prompt service of food and beverages and responsible for setup, execution and breakdown.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all equipment is in the room(s) and that rooms are set (tables, linen, silverware, glassware) to club standards Assists Events Manager and Banquet Chef with any preparations needs Assists the Events Manager with supervising banquets and functions within the Club Oversee all Banquet Events. Ensure that the set-up of the banquet function is completed in a timely manner and team members are assigned to their designated areas. Assists the Event Manager with staffing assignments and pre-shift lineups Trains new employees in a la carte and banquet service skills Supervise and assist in the cleaning and resetting of banquet room(s); supervise and perform all assigned side work Assists with guest reservations Assists checking stations to ensure that they are properly stocked Ensures side work during each shift is prepared for service Monitors service staff to assure service standards are being met Communicate food service between kitchen and service staff to ensure the timely delivery of food from the kitchen Answers any questions regarding the menu, stays updated on specials and menu deviations Thanks members and guest upon departure and invites them to return Monitors employees’ adherence to F&B uniform guidelines Staff members at Lexington Country Club are a friendly group of professionals!
