Hourly Shift Leader Ft Myers & Cape Coral Wingstop North Fort Myers, FL 33903 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our food service and hospitality standards are met while leading a team of staff members. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of food preparation, handling, and service in compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new staff on food handling procedures, POS systems, and customer service excellence. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
