What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Greeting, seating, and serving guests to ensure satisfaction. Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care. Leading and training team members to excel in their roles.
