We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated and passionate team of F&B professionals.
The Role:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of our dining and beverage outlets. This includes supervising our culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, and sanitation teams, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a supervisor in a full-service resort environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including leadership, training, cost control, and service sequencing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A passion for training and developing staff, ensuring everyone delivers an exceptional guest experience. Ability to step in and support all areas of food service as well as other hotel operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and mentor culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, and sanitation teams. Train and develop associates in job performance, service standards, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures. Assist in scheduling, time punch verification, training, and performance evaluations. Quickly address any issues or concerns that arise in the outlets to maintain service quality. Participate in weekly staff and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory checks. Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards and are prepared according to recipe specifications. Support the entire food service operation, stepping in wherever needed to maintain excellence in service. Why Work With Us?
