Job Summary Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation. Assist in managing inventory control by keeping track of supplies and reporting any shortages to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Provide recommendations on food pairings, coffee selections, and bar offerings based on guest preferences. Uphold all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of culinary practices, food service management, and budgeting is advantageous. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and bar service is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to assist in managing staff when necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
