BAKAN WYNWOOD FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER LEAD THE ULTIMATE DINING EXPERIENCE AT BAKAN WYNWOOD POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Manager to oversee our guest experience and lead our service team at Bakan Wynwood. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is an art form, combining warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail to create memorable experiences for every guest.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GUEST EXPERIENCE EXCELLENCE
Ensure every guest receives outstanding service that exceeds expectations Handle guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and care Maintain high standards of service quality throughout all dining periods Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Bakan’s hospitality philosophy
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff including servers, hosts, and support staff Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to maintain service standards Communicate effectively with our bilingual team (English-Spanish) Schedule and manage staff to optimize service efficiency and labor costs
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Oversee daily front of house operations including opening, service periods, and closing Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen management to ensure smooth service flow Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover optimization Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify improvement opportunities Assist with special events, private dining, and catering coordination Contribute to marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts Maintain relationships with regular guests and VIP clientele
REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3/4 years of management experience in upscale hospitality or similar high-volume restaurant environment Proven track record of leading successful service teams Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management Experience with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual proficiency (English-Spanish) required Availability to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
