The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of food quality as well as drinks standard and safety. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while leading a motivated team. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar and floor and service staff during night shifts. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills in bar handling, customer service, and bar management. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked for efficient operations. Utilize Aloha POS system for order management and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service management. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Oversee catering operations as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of food service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food industry standards. Experience Proven experience in staff training, team management, or a similar leadership role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of bar management practices and food handling procedures. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Experience in coffee service or catering is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
