Pizzeria Manager Black Market Miami Miami, FL 33132 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations at our fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining inventory control to provide a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste. Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Train new staff on food service management practices, customer service expectations, and operational procedures. Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent customer service skills to enhance the dining experience. Knowledge of inventory control practices to optimize stock levels. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail. Previous experience in food service management or related roles preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Experience as a cook or in kitchen operations is a plus.
