Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the team during the assigned shift. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Assign tasks and verify their execution with efficiency, quality, and timeliness. Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback. Support training, motivation, and development of team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Solve operational issues with initiative, dynamism, and a sense of urgency. Maintain effective communication with supervisors and management regarding operational status. Adapt to changing situations and perform well under pressure. Be available to assist in different shifts, locations, or tasks when needed.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience leading teams in warehouse or logistics environments. Knowledge of loading, unloading, inventory, and materials handling processes. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and high sense of responsibility. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scanning systems, etc.). Basic to intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written). Availability to work rotating or extended shifts as needed by operations.
