Clubhouse Lead:

Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and assist with restocking, setup, and breakdown of the bar cart or mobile service stations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Follow all alcohol handling laws and company policies. Ensure safe and responsible alcohol service at all times. Prior leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required. Ability to stay alert, organized, and perform strenuous physical tasks if necessary. Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate the bar cart or support mobile bar service as needed. What will you do as a Clubhouse Lead? Monitor overall service quality and guest interactions to ensure exceptional hospitality standards. Maintain and operate the bar, including preparing and serving beverages in compliance with regulations. Provide coaching to staff during service to ensure they meet performance expectations. Lead floor shifts, including delegating tasks, managing coverage, and ensuring the team is engaged and efficient. Serve as the first point of escalation for guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs. Train new hires on front-of-house (FOH) procedures, service steps, and guest engagement techniques. Support team development with refreshers and cross-training. Lead by example in professionalism, hospitality, and pace. Ensure all FOH areas (entrance, dining room, patio, bar, restrooms) are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Conduct pre- and post-shift walkthroughs to identify and resolve any issues. Perform regular checks of front-of-house (FOH) inventory, including napkins, menus, condiments, and point-of-sale (POS) supplies. Communicate supply needs or discrepancies to management in a timely manner. Help implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols (allergen procedures, cleaning schedules). Ensure staff follow proper handwashing, food safety, and sanitizing procedures. Conduct uniform and grooming checks before each shift. Ensure all FOH staff are in full compliance with appearance standards and brand guidelines.
