This is a full-time opportunity working various shifts with rotating weekends. As the Patient Food Services Lead, you will be responsible for: Assisting the smooth flow of operations Assisting the Dietary Supervisor with the day-to-day activities of the team Working department positions as needed to accomplish goals Orienting and training team members to the meet department standards Conducting patient visits as assigned within the timeframe established by leadership Providing recognition for team members Resolving Food and Nutrition issues that do not meet standards and ensures Food and Nutrition tasks are followed up on and completed in a timely manner Supervising shifts as needed This Patient Food Service Lead opportunity will be located at Baptist Nassau, FL.
