Kitchen Lead:

Minimum age of 18. Prior leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid certifications are preferred but not required. Ability to stay alert, organized, and perform strenuous physical tasks if necessary. What will you do as a Kitchen Lead? Ensure all food is prepared to company standards and delivered efficiently to meet service timelines. Conduct regular checks to maintain consistency and quality during peak and off-peak hours. Investigate and resolve BOH-related guest complaints promptly and professionally. Work with FOH teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution. Train new BOH team members on procedures, safety, equipment use, and quality expectations. Support ongoing development of existing staff through mentoring and feedback. Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure all BOH areas are consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked before and after each shift. Perform regular inventory checks, monitor usage trends, minimize waste, and communicate with suppliers and management regarding stock needs. Support and implement food safety and health regulations, including regular temperature checks, sanitation logs, and incident reporting. Ensure all BOH team members follow uniform standards and maintain appropriate personal hygiene at all times.
