Job Summary Job Description:

Drive the fan experience with flawless food and beverage service! As Concessions Manager at UCF, you will lead the day-to-day operations of concession stands and portable units across campus venues. You’ll ensure speed of service, product quality, and team readiness while delivering Levy’s signature hospitality in every guest interaction.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) + 3+ years of experience in high-volume foodservice or concessions management + Strong understanding of inventory control and POS systems + Ability to lead, train, and motivate large hourly teams + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee staffing, setup, and service of all concessions locations + Maintain compliance with health and safety standards + Monitor food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction + Manage inventory, product ordering, and waste control + Train team members on Levy procedures and customer service + Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution Curious about Life at Levy?
