Director of Food and Beverage Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years as a Director of Food and Beverage at a Full-Service Hotel Property Proven success overseeing multiple F&B outlets (hotel restaurants, bars, cafes, in-room dining, etc.) Direct experience managing food and beverage operations tied to at least 30,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and banquet space Strong background in budgeting, labor control, and cost management Must possess a deep understanding of both front- and back-of-house operations Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and guest service skills
Director of Food and Beverage Preferred Background & Skills:
