Summary:
A Fine Dining Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fine dining restaurant, ensuring that exceptional service and guest satisfaction are met. This role also involves assisting the fine dining manager with leading and training staff, managing reservations, and collaborating with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate staff. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with food preparation, ingredients, and menu offerings. Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
1 + years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry. Minimum two years of food & beverage experience required. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
